Vishnu Prasad began his journey in Kalaripayattu, the ancient martial art form of Kerala, at the age of three under the expert guidance of Sri Unnimon Gurukal, his father, and one of the founding members of KKG Kalarisangam in Thrissur, Kerala. With over 20 years of rigorous training and performance experience, Vishnu has honed his skills, performing on various prestigious stages and receiving numerous awards at different levels of competition.

For the past four years, Vishnu has been sharing his expertise as a dedicated Kalari trainer at Sanjeev Krishna Yoga. His teaching is rooted in the traditional principles of Kalaripayattu, focusing on discipline, flexibility, and strength, making it accessible and beneficial for all age groups.

As a certified trainer in Hatha Yoga and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, she has conducted personalized classes tailored to meet the unique physical and mental needs of individuals. Her approach to teaching is compassionate and mindful, ensuring a balanced and healing practice for all her students.

In addition to her dedication to yoga, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and manages the HR & administrative functions at Sanjeev Krishna Yoga. Her passion for classical music, particularly with the Veena, complements her yoga journey, contributing to her overall wellness philosophy.
